The Fund of the National Library of Uzbekistan has replenished with “A Descriptive Catalog of the Manuscripts and Editions of Maulana Rumi: Works in India” (Catalog of manuscripts and publications of Rumi's works in India). This catalog was published in 2018 with a volume of 192 pages by the Ministry of Culture of India at the Indira Gandhi National Center for the Arts, Professor of the University of Delhi Sharif Hussein Kosimi and Director of the National Center for the Arts Ramesh K. Guar. The book is published in English.

The publication reflects the interest of Indian scholars and literary critics in the work of Rumi. The catalog will serve as a scientific source in the study of Rumi’s life and work, in the preservation of its literary heritage. Moreover, it is intended for Rumi- scientists, scientific researchers and a wide range of readers.

It is worth noting that the author of the catalog, Professor Sharif Husayn, is a Farsi language teacher at the University of Delhi. After receiving a master's degree, Ph.D., he defended his postgraduate degree in archeology at the New Delhi Archaeological School. He is the author of more than 15 books and 200 articles in English, Farsi and Urdu, published in India and Europe.

Dr. Ramesh K. Gaur currently works as a librarian at the library of the University of New Delhi named after Jawaharlal Nehru. He was previously a librarian and head of the Indira Gandhi Library at the Kala Nidhi National Cultural Center.
