March 6, 2019 in the National Library of Uzbekistan, together with the UNICEF Office in Uzbekistan, a presentation of the social innovative youth project U-Report was held. The U-Report project in Uzbekistan is being implemented by UNICEF (UN Children's Fund), together with the Union of Youth of Uzbekistan, in partnership with the Ministry of Public Education, the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan, with the support of Ucell.
On March 6, 2019, in the “Istikbol” reading room of the National Library of Uzbekistan, in honor of the spring holiday - International Women's Day, the book-illustrative exhibition “Ayol - umrning gul bahori” (Woman - Spring of Life) opened. The exposition of the exhibition includes publications, photographs, books and magazines dedicated to women and stories about women.
